Lunch is served from 12 midday to 3pm daily.

The Lunch menu at Eden Rock’s Sand Bar with Jean Georges is inspired by his ABC Kitchen concept, offering among others Roasted Carrot Salad with Avocado & Citrus Dressing, Crispy Tuna Spring Rolls & Soybean Coulis and whole wheat pizzas, even one topped with black truffle and fontina.

Here at Eden Rock – St Barths we are proud to offer you a delicious buffet breakfast daily at The Sand Bar.

A wonderful selection of home-baked breads and pastries awaits you, together with freshly squeezed juices, healthy cereals, fresh fruit and hot dishes too.

We are also pleased to offer you the opportunity to pre-order from a selection of daily international newspapers printed overnight in several languages – and your chosen publication will be waiting for you at your breakfast table the next morning.
