Stephen Webster at Eden Rock

Jean-Georges has added glitter to the kitchen but there are also other jewels at Eden Rock this season: those of British jewellery designer Stephen Webster, whose pieces have featured in leading fashion magazines and adorned some of the world’s most glamorous stars. Webster’s celebrated fine jewellery collections, including his exclusively designed ‘Eden Rock Rocks Off” sets are now available at both the Rockshop and I Love U boutiques at the Eden Rock hotel in Saint Barth.

A Rock Star in the jewellery world, Webster combines his passion for art, music and fashion with traditional craftsmanship to produce exquisite and cutting edge designs. Founder and Creative Director of Stephen Webster and Creative Director of Garrard, the world’s oldest jewellery house, Webster's distinctive glam -rock attitude combined with an ambience of high luxe glamour has given way to dramatic creations with an eternally chic aesthetic.

Having received countless coveted jewellery awards, Stephen Webster’s industrious talent has placed coloured gemstones and fine jewellery back into the spotlight. Meanwhile, his stellar celebrity client roster continues to grow. Over the past few years Webster has designed one-of-a-kind pieces for the likes of Madonna, Sharon Stone, Kate Moss, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Pink and Christina Aguilera. He has also created jewellery for Elton John, Jay Z, Ozzy Osborne, Johnny Depp, Mickey Rourke and Russell Brand to name but a few.

As Webster notes: "For years I have found inspiration for my personal and professional life from the sea. We live in a house on the edge of the White Cliffs of Dover in Kent and many of my collections, from Jewels Verne to In Deep, have all originated under the sea.” This philosophy is ideally suited to Saint Barth, where the sea plays an integral part in the life of the island.
