Reservation and Cancellation Terms

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is requested.
  From November 23rd to December 01st 2013 a minimum of 5 nights is required. Shorter stays are on request.
  
  A deposit to the value of 3 nights will be charged for stays up to 6 nights.
  For a stay of 7 nights and more, 50% of the total stay amount is requested.
  
  Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellation or changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to agreement by the hotel and incur an admin service fee of 80€.
  Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to the Eden Rock and will take effect on the day received by the hotel. The following scale of charges will be payable based on the arrival date at the hotel:
  
  April 14th to December 16th 2013:
  from 30 to 10 days prior to arrival
  - for stays of 3-6 nights, 3 night charge; for stays of 7 nights or more, 50% of the total stay;
  - less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100%.
  
  January 8th to April 21st 2014:
  from 45 to 15 days prior to arrival
  - for stays of 3-6 nights, 3 night charge; for stays of 7 nights or more, 50% of the total stay;
  - less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100%.
  
  Children over the age of six will be charged @ 135€ per night for additional bed services.
  
  A local government tax (taxe de sejour) of 5% of the room rate is payable by guests of St Barths hotels and rental villas.
  
• Given our need to adhere to the above cancellation policy, we recommend that travel insurance is put in place.
