Annual closure from August 29th to October 17th, 2012

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required with a 3 nights deposit requested for stays up to 6 nights.
For a stay of 7 nights and more, we request 50% of the total stay amount.
From Nov 17th to Nov 25th 2012 a minimum of 5 nights is required.

From January 04th to April 13th 2012 cancellation - 45 to 15 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited. Less than 15 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.

From April 14th to December 16th 2012 cancellation - 30 to 10 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited. Less than 10 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.

In case of no-show or early check-out it will be necessary to charge the full stay.
Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties.

Additional persons over six years old will be charged @ 135€ per night.

Rates are quoted in euros per double accommodation per night and may be subject to change without notice.
Given our need to adhere to the above cancellation policy, we recommend that travel insurance is put in place.
